You can cancel your booking through the platform. Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
Your wallet is a prepaid account within the app. You can use it to pay for rides seamlessly without needing cash or cards for each trip.
